How it works
We pull each week's recorded deeds straight from the county clerk index: consideration, town, parties, and return-to.
We normalize firm names and set aside self-filed, lender, trust, and family transfers. E-recording platforms like Simplifile and CSC are stripped out, so you see the real firm.
Ranked attorneys and title companies, biggest sales, busiest towns, and new listings matched to their likely closing attorney.

Public county clerk deed indexes: recording date, consideration, town, parties, and the return-to firm on each deed. We never use private MLS data in the rankings.
They're e-recording platforms that submit deeds for the real firm. Ranking them would hide who actually handled the closing, so we exclude them and work to identify the underlying firm.
No. Rankings come only from recorded documents. Sponsorships are flat-fee, labeled "Sponsored," and never tied to referrals or volume.
We're live in Herkimer and Oneida County, NY, and expanding county by county across upstate New York and beyond. Request yours above. Demand decides what's next.
Yes. The weekly digest is free forever. Pro adds every closing, alerts, and exports for people who want the full dataset.
TitleTrackr, the title production system built by title people. One of TitleTrackr's founders also owns an upstate NY abstract company. We disclose that in every issue, and it has no effect on rankings.
